Potato Pancakes(Placki) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 raw potatoes, blended in blender
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix liquid raw potatoes, salt and egg.
    Gradually add flour (you may not need to use the full cup of flour).
    Using shortening heated in iron skillet, drop batter into hot liquid and spread to size placki you want.
    Fry on both sides.
    Serve with sour cream.
