Skillet Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. corn oil
    2 medium zucchini (about 3/4 lb.), cut in 1/4-inch slices
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. crushed dried basil leaves
    1 small onion, sliced
    2 medium summer squash (about 3/4 lb.), cut in 1/4-inch slices
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat corn oil in skillet over medium heat.
    Add onion; saute, stirring frequently until tender.
    Stir in zucchini, squash, salt, basil leaves, pepper and bay leaf.
    Cover and simmer about 20 minutes or until tender.
    Makes four 3/4-cup servings.
