Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced cooked chicken (bite size)
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 onion, chopped
    2 oz. jar mushrooms or fresh slices
    1 can cream of chicken soup, mixed with 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sliced almonds or slivered chopped pimiento (2 Tbsp. or more)
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix all together lightly and place into casserole dish.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0, then add 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese and 1 cup crushed potato chips.
    Bake another 1/2 hour and serve.
