Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 egg
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained
1 small bag miniature marshmallows
5 slices bread
1 stick butter

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, egg, butter and sugar.
Turn into an 8 x 8-inch casserole dish.
Cut off edges of bread and cut into cubes.
Dip cubes into melted butter and place in rows on top of marshmallows and pineapple layer.
Bake for 30 minutes.
