Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large round sourdough bread
    1/3 c. margarine
    2/3 c. chopped red or green pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
Preparation
    Cut slice from top of bread; remove center, leaving a shell. Cut removed bread into bite-size pieces.
    Save.
    Brush inside of shell with 3 tablespoons margarine.
    Place on cookie sheet with cubed bread.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
