Ingredients

3 lb. peeled, cored fruit (no grapes)
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 c. raisins
2 tsp. ginger root, minced
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. orange juice
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 c. brown sugar
