Microwave Ham Steaks(Serves 1) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. ham steak
    2 tsp. honey
    1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Remove the rind and snip around the edges at 1/4-inch intervals to prevent the steak from curling.
    Put on a dish or plate and cover with waxed paper.
    Microwave on High 2 minutes.
    Brush with honey and mustard and cook for a further 30 seconds or until just cooked.
    Let stand for 3 minutes, during which time the ham will finish cooking.
    (Ham steaks tend to \"pop\" when cooking.) Transfer to a warm plate and garnish with pineapple, peaches, mandarin oranges or apple rings.
