Cooked Apples - cooking recipe

10 cooking apples, peeled and sliced
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a 4-quart Dutch oven; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
