Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage
    1 can chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. water
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. celery
    1 sweet pepper
    1 jar pimentos
Preparation
    Cook and drain sausage; cut celery up fine.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put in casserole dish and grate cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
