Unstuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 medium size head green cabbage, cut into 1-inch wide strips
    1 clove garlic
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. distilled white vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a 4 to 5-quart Dutch oven, cook ground beef, onion and garlic, 5 to 6 minutes.
    Add cabbage until wilted.
    Add remaining ingredients; cook 25 minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice or noodles. Makes 4 servings.
