Fresh Coconut Cake(3 Layers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. whipping cream
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. self-rising flour
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar and cream. Add flour, salt and vanilla. Mix well. Pour in 3 greased pans. Bake at 350\u00b0. Cool and spoon next mixture over cake before frosting: Make 1 cup sugar and 1 1/2 cups fresh coconut soupy with coconut milk. Add water if necessary. Frost with \"Never Fail Frosting, \" then sprinkle with remaining coconut.
