Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 small jar pimento
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
    1 box Brownberry seasoned croutons
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation
    Cook squash and drain.
    Mix the remaining ingredients, using 3/4ths box of croutons and 1/2 of the melted butter.
    Top with remaining croutons and drizzle butter over all.
    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
