Pesto Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. fresh basil
1/2 c. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
1/4 tsp. parsley
1/4 c. pignoli nuts
1/2 c. grated cheese (Parmesan)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In blender, blend basil, garlic, olive oil and parsley.
Mix in nuts, then the cheese.
Serve over pasta.
