Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. lightly packed coarsely grated zucchini
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    3/4 c. nuts (optional
Preparation
    Sift the dry ingredients together.
    Beat the eggs with the sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Gradually beat in the dry ingredients. Stir in zucchini, adding raisins and nuts if desired.
    Divide between 2 greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans and bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Makes 2 loaves.
