Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine, softened
    6 eggs, separated
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour tube pan or 2 loaf pans. Beat sugar, margarine, egg yolks and vanilla in a large bowl on low speed constantly for 30 seconds.
    Beat on high for 2 minutes. Beat in flour, salt and baking soda alternately with the sour cream on low speed.
    Beat egg whites in
    a large bowl until stiff. Fold egg whites into the batter.
    Pour into pan(s).
    Bake 80 to 90 minutes.
