Chocolate Loaf Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1 c. water
3/4 c. oil
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Topping (recipe below)

Preparation

Mix together sugar and flour.
Set aside.
Mix together margarine, water, oil and cocoa in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil. Cool a little.
Stir into first mixture.
Add remaining 4 ingredients.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Pour topping over hot cake.
