Potato-Cheese Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    2 medium-size potatoes, diced
    1 small onion, chopped
    2/3 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook vegetables slowly with milk, until well done.
    Mash with potato masher.
    Add cheese.
    Season and serve at once.
