Pork Chops With Mushroom Gravy(Quick, Easy And Delicious) - cooking recipe

4 to 8 pork chops, trim fat
garlic salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (14 oz.) can low-fat condensed milk
Preparation

Sprinkle pork chops generously with garlic salt and pepper. Brown chops in Teflon frying pan.
No oil added (use a little Pam spray before browning).
Add soup and milk.
Stir well and mix into pan drippings.
Turn pork chops over.
Cover and let simmer 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
