Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. rice
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. whipped cream
1 medium can crushed pineapple or fruit cocktail
1 c. pineapple juice or fruit cocktail juice
1 small box strawberry jello
Preparation

Boil the rice and cool. Dissolve the jello in the water and juice. Let set until partly set, then whip.
Add pineapple or fruit cocktail and sugar.
Fold in the whipped cream and add rice. Refrigerate until ready.
