E Z Kraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    shredded cabbage
    1 Tbsp. canning salt (only)
    2 Tbsp. vinegar (white)
Preparation
    Shred the cabbage and fill quart jars, pressing cabbage down tightly in jars.
    Add 1 tablespoon salt and 2 tablespoons vinegar to each jar.
    Put on lids and rings; tighten.
    Let set 2 weeks before using.
