Fresh Citrus Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. corn oil
grated peel of 1/2 lemon
juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1/2 tsp. sugar (optional)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon leaves, crushed
2 oranges, peeled and cut in quarter-cartwheels
2 c. Brussels sprouts, cut in half, cooked and drained
1/4 lb. spaghetti, broken in half, cooked and drained
1/4 c. sliced celery
Preparation

Combine corn oil, lemon peel and juice, mustard, sugar, garlic salt and tarragon in large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients.
Toss gently.
Chill before serving.
