Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
applesauce (optional)
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
sugar to top
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together.
Stir in rest and beat with rotary beater until smooth.
Heat skillet and small amount of oil. Add a scoop of batter; rotate skillet until batter covers the entire area.
Cook on each side until brown spots appear.
Serve with sugar and applesauce; roll up to eat.
