Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 can milk
    12 oz. sour cream (optional)
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes; mix rest of ingredients (except corn flakes and butter).
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with corn flakes and butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
