Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. onion bits
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    bacon bits
Preparation
    Peel and boil potatoes until done.
    Blend together potatoes, margarine, salt, pepper, onion bits, sour cream and 1 cup cheese. Top with remaining cheese and bacon bits.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes in greased casserole dish.
