Chicken Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, stewed and boned
    8 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 qt. chicken broth
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 large can Carnation milk
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in butter for 10 minutes.
    Add broth and simmer 15 minutes.
    Cut cheese into cubes, add to broth mixture. Stir until cheese melts.
    Add milk and chicken.
    Season with pepper to taste.
    Heat to simmer.
    Never boil.
