Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. mashed banana
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs.
    Add bananas and milk.
    Mix well. Blend in dry ingredients.
    Stir in vanilla and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes in a 9 x 5-inch pan or 40 to 50 minutes in 2 (7 x 3 1/4-inch) pans.
