Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dried chickpeas
3 Tbsp. garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. tahini (look at Greek market)
3 Tbsp. olive oil
salt to taste
juice of 6 lemons
1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation
-
Cook the chickpeas with salt for 20 minutes in the pressure cooker (or until peas are soft).
Drain chickpeas.
Combine with other ingredients in blender.
Blend until creamy.
