Sweet And Sour Chicken Kabobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 medium green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple chunks
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. liquid smoke seasoning
Preparation

Place chicken cubes and green pepper pieces in shallow dish. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice. Set pineapple aside. Combine reserved pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, liquid smoke, garlic powder and ginger.
Pour over chicken and green pepper pieces.
Stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
