Gladys' Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Heat 3 cups cooking oil in frying pan to 350\u00b0.
    Mix milk and eggs.
    Blend dry ingredients together; add to milk-egg mixture. Using a funnel or measuring cup with a fine spout, dribble batter into hot oil.
    Fry until a light golden color, then turn over and brown other side.
    Do not overcook.
    Drain on paper towels.
    While warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar or sugar and cinnamon mixture.
