Fast Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    2 c. shredded hash browns
    1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes, diced with green chilies, drained
    1/2 lb. cheese spread (Velveeta works great), cut up
    6 eggs
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain.
    Add potatoes and tomatoes; cook over medium heat 5 minutes.
    Top with cheese.
    Beat eggs and 2 tablespoons water.
    Pour over ingredients in skillet; cover and reduce heat to low.
    Cook 10 to 12 minutes or until egg mixture is set in center and cheese is melted.
    Uncover; let stand 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.
