Pineapple Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large (30 oz.) can sweet potatoes
1 small can crushed pineapple
dash of salt
1 to 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
large marshmallows
Preparation

Drain sweet potatoes and slice into mixing bowl.
Add pineapple without draining and salt.
Stir to mix.
Pour into buttered casserole.
Cover top with bits of butter, then with marshmallows.
Bake at 300\u00b0 until marshmallows are browned.
