Shrimp Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp
    1 C chopped celery
    2 C cooked rice
    1/2 C soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Brown celery in butter. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp have turned pink. Add rice and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly (do not add salt) and cook for about 5 minutes stirring every few minutes. Serve.
