Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sliced potatoes
    1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    dash of white pepper
Preparation
    Combine broth, onion, potatoes and dill in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Blend mixture in blender or food processor until smooth.
    In a saucepan, melt margarine. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add the milk. Cook and stir until mixture is thickened and bubbly.
    Stir in the blended potato mixture. Cook and stir until soup is heated through.
    Makes 3 or 4 servings.
