Parmesan Fries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
4 unpeeled large Russet potatoes, cut into 8 wedges each
1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease cookie sheet.
In a small bowl, combine cheese and salt.
Brush potato wedges with margarine and place on greased cookie sheet.
Sprinkle wedges with cheese to coat.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm with ketchup, barbecue sauce or melted cheese.
