Spinach Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag fresh spinach, washed and chopped
    1 small can black olives, chopped
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    pinch of salt
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/4 lb. salami, ham or pepperoni (any combination), chopped
    bread dough
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except bread dough in a large bowl.
    Roll dough flat, about 1/4-inch thick.
    Spread spinach mixture on the dough and roll in a jellyroll style.
    Pinch edges together and make several fork pierces in the top.
    Place on oiled baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
