Honey Baked Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
4 Tbsp. margarine, butter or vegetable oil
1/4 c. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. honey
Preparation

Wash and pat dry chicken with paper towels.
Melt the margarine, butter or vegetable oil in a shallow baking pan.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Roll chicken pieces in the mixture, then arrange in a single layer in same pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0, basting occasionally, for 30 to 35 minutes.
