Low-Fat Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breast halves (bone in)
    season salt
Preparation
    Remove skin and fat from chicken.
    Season all sides with season salt.
    Lay pieces, bone down, in a baking dish.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until juices run clear when pricked with a fork.
    Be sure to retighten foil after checking.
