Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3/4 coconut, ground fine
    1/4 c. milk
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time; add milk and coconut alternately with flour, vanilla and baking powder.
    Makes two layers.
    Add your favorite frosting; cover with coconut.
