Cheese Puff Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    pepper
    3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    cracker crumbs
    salad oil
Preparation
    Combine cheese, flour, paprika and pepper.
    Add beaten egg whites and shape into small balls.
    Roll in cracker crumbs.
    Fry in hot oil at 375\u00b0.
    Drain.
    Serve hot.
    Yield:
    8 servings.
