Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. ripe tomatoes, peeled
2 c. chopped onions
3 Tbsp. uniodized salt
1 Tbsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. allspice
5 red and green peppers, chopped
1 small hot pepper (or 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
-
Chop and combine vegetables, salt and sugar.
Cook until it begins to thicken; add vinegar and spices.
Cook until it becomes a thick sauce and seal.
