Humus Tahini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2- 15 oz. cans chick peas
6 Tbsp. sesame Tahini
3/4 c. lemon juice, fresh
5 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Partially drain chick peas.
Place all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth.
Let it sit in refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
