Ginger Ale Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime Jell-O
    1 c. ginger ale
    1 c. drained, sliced sweetened peaches
    1/4 c. chopped nut meats
    1/4 c. diced celery
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup hot water.
    Add ginger ale and chill until slightly thickened.
    Fold in peaches, nut meats, and diced celery.
    Turn into 1 quart mold or individual molds.
    Chill until firm.
    Unmold on crisp lettuce.
    Serve with whipped cream or mayonnaise.
    Makes 6 servings.
