Crusty Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans, undrained
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn bread (Mexican)
Preparation
    Cook ground beef, onion and garlic in a skillet until meat is browned, stirring to crumble.
    Drain off pan drippings.
    Stir in tomato sauce and chili powder.
    Pour into a lightly greased baking dish.
    Top with cheese.
    Spoon beans over cheese.
    Prepare cornbread.
    Pour over beans.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until cornbread is golden brown.
