Date Nut Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. bread, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. shredded dates (18)
    1 c. nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add sugar and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Add flour with baking powder and salt.
    Add bread, dates and nuts.
    Place in greased baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until brown. Serve with whipped cream.
