Green Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 c. green onions, sliced
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 tomatoes, wedged
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 c. water
Preparation

Cut beef into thin strips. Combine soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
Add beef.
Toss and set aside.
Heat oil in wok.
Add beef and toss over high heat until browned. Add vegetables and cook 10 minutes.
Mix cornstarch with water and add to beef.
Stir and cook until thickened.
Add tomato wedges.
