Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated zucchini squash
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

In mixing bowl, beat together zucchini, sugar and eggs.
Add cooking oil and mix well.
Stir together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg, baking powder, lemon and salt.
Stir in zucchini mixture.
Pour into oblong cake pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 60 to 65 minutes.
