Primo Pesto! - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. basil leaves
    5 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (very good quality)
    2 Tbsp. fresh pine nuts
    3 to 5 cloves fresh garlic, halved
    salt to taste
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except cheese, in food processor or blender.
    Puree until smooth.
    Stir in cheese.
    Yields 1 cup.
