Cherry Coke Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (17oz.) can Sweet Bing Cherries
1 (20 oz.) can Crushed Pineapple
2 small pkg. Black Cherry Jello
1 c. Water
1 2/3 c. Coke
1/2 c. Pecans
4 oz. Cream Cheese, cut into chunks

Preparation

Drain juice into saucepan and heat until boiling.
Stir in both pkgs. of jello.
Set aside to cool.
Add water and coke. Chill until partly thickened.
Fold in pecans, cream cheese, pineapple and cherries.
Spray jello mold with non-sticking spray.
