E-Z Fruity Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 lb. pork spareribs or 2 to 4 lb. chicken legs, thighs or breasts
    2 c. Chris and Pitts original barbecue sauce
    2/3 c. your favorite jam or preserves (I like apricot, peach, fig or any berry; strawberry, blackberry, etc.)
Preparation
    Salt and pepper ribs and brown in broiler or flour, salt and pepper chicken; brown in skillet.
    Place in large flat pan or Pyrex with 2-inch sides.
    Lay in single layer.
    Pour sauce mixed with jam over the top.
    Cover with foil, lightly.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
