Italian Tomato Soup(Preparation Time: 30 Minutes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow onion
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
    2 1/2 c. vegetable broth
    5 to 6 tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. chili sauce
    2 bay leaves
    1 tsp. basil leaves
    1 tsp. herb salt
    3 to 4 Tbsp. whipping cream
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Peel and chop onion.
    In a large skillet or pan, heat oil. Saute onion in oil for a few minutes, until soft.
    Add pressed garlic.
    Sprinkle with whole wheat flour.
    Stir to combine.
    Add vegetable broth.
    Heat, stirring constantly.
    Dip tomatoes in hot water; peel and chop.
    Add tomatoes to soup, stirring.
    Add chili sauce, bay leaves, basil and herb salt.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cook, covered, over medium-low heat for about 15 minutes.
    Add cream to soup just before serving.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
